A little bit about me
Hi, I’m Michelle Falcon, a licensed clinical social worker. I’m second-generation Latina, born and raised in NYC, and I bring that lived experience into the room with warmth, curiosity, and a deep respect for each person’s story. I received my Master’s in Social Work from Fordham University’s Graduate School of Social Service, and I offer both virtual and in-person sessions.
In my practice, I work with teens, adults, and couples. Many of my clients are navigating life transitions, managing anxiety, or working through relationship and family dynamics. I also support young professionals feeling overwhelmed or disconnected in the midst of demanding lives — helping them make room for clarity, confidence, and self-compassion.
No matter where you're starting from, therapy is a space where you don’t have to have it all figured out — just a willingness to begin.
My approach is collaborative, grounded, and respectful of your lived experiences. I draw from CBT, psychodynamic theory, and solution-focused work to meet each client where they are. Whether we're unpacking patterns from the past or exploring tools for the present, my goal is to create a space where you feel seen, supported, and empowered.
Whether you’re stepping into therapy for the first time or returning with new goals, I’m here to walk alongside you.
I’m currently licensed in New York and New Jersey.
